Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website plunge-languages.ch (the "Website") and the services offered by Plunge — [Olga Kravchenko Einzelunternehmen] ("Plunge", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About us

Plunge is a language school offering German (and other) language courses, private lessons, children's lessons, corporate training, exam and permit preparation and language events, delivered in Zug and online. Our registered address is Poststrasse 10, 6300 Zug, Switzerland.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to: misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it; copy, scrape or reproduce its content without permission; or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time.

3. Enquiries, bookings and services

Submitting a form, booking a trial, assessment or lesson, or otherwise contacting us does not by itself create a binding course agreement. The specific terms of any course or lesson — including content, schedule, duration, group size and price — will be confirmed with you separately before your paid enrolment begins.
Free trials, assessments and discovery calls are offered without obligation. We reserve the right to recommend a suitable course or level, or to decline enrolment where we cannot appropriately serve your needs.

4. Fees, payment, cancellations

Prices for courses and lessons are as confirmed to you in writing at the time of enrolment. Payment terms, cancellation and rescheduling conditions, and any refund policy are set out in your individual course or enrolment agreement.

5. Exams, permits and results

We provide preparation and teaching to a high standard, but we cannot and do not guarantee that you will pass any exam or achieve any specific result, level, permit or citizenship outcome. Language requirements for residence permits and naturalisation are set by the relevant Swiss cantonal and communal authorities and may change. Any guidance we provide on such requirements is for general information only and should be confirmed with the competent authority.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and in our teaching materials — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, guides and design — is owned by or licensed to Plunge and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Materials provided to students are for personal, non-commercial learning use only.

7. Your submissions

By submitting information through the Website (for example, form details or test answers), you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it, including any information about a child for whom you are the parent or guardian. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services and links

The Website may link to or rely on third-party services (such as Google Forms for our level test, Google Calendar for bookings, and social media platforms). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

9. Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". While we take care to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties that the Website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information provided is complete or current.
