Cancellation Policy
By booking the class(es) you agree to the Terms and Conditions published on this website. Please note: While we aim to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible, our standard cancellation and rescheduling policy applies: Trial classes and Premium Light: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Premium Plus: One short-notice cancellation (<24 hrs) is allowed per month. Any additional changes with less than 24 hours’ notice will be fully charged. Late Cancellations: Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice (unless covered by Premium Plus) are counted as used and are charged 100% of the lesson fee
